Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a System Analyst to define system requirements for complex federal software. You will work with sponsors to elicit needs, document CONOPS and business cases, and deliver mockups and data requirements while aligning with enterprise architecture guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing skills to describe business and functional requirements clearly.
• Experience eliciting requirements from sponsors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC and architecture governance in government systems.
• Ability to document operations like CONOPS, business case, and alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements with sponsors and stakeholders for government software.
• Facilitate meetings, organize work priorities, and analyze processes.
• Document requirements and deliverables such as CONOPS and business cases.
• Generate data requirements, mockups, and refined requirements for review.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture for technical guidelines and SDLC artifacts.
• Support market analysis and assist with development testing.
