BHFT is expanding a new systematic US equities trading initiative. We seek experienced traders with deep knowledge of alpha generation, portfolio construction, and execution. The team operates 100% remotely with a flexible schedule and a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years trading US equities.
• Experience running profitable systematic strategies.
• Understanding of alpha generation, risk management and portfolio construction.
• Experience with intraday and/or medium-frequency strategies.
• Strong understanding of market microstructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate systematic equity trading opportunities.
• Collaborate with research and technology teams on strategy deployment.
• Identify new sources of alpha across US equities.
• Drive improvements in execution and portfolio construction.
• Participate in the design of trading infrastructure and analytics.
