Responsibilities

• Rate model answers in Swahili for accuracy and fluency
• Score responses on cultural fit and safety
• Compare pairs of responses and explain your choice (RLHF data)
• Write original Swahili prompts and gold-standard answers
• Flag unsafe, biased or mistranslated content
