Job summary

The Mortgage Talent Network is seeking a Senior Vice President of Production for a confidential multi-state mortgage lender client in Austin, TX. This executive will lead a high-performing branch network, building teams, and bringing top producers to scale the platform.

The role requires a proven track record across multiple markets, a personal production history, and expert command of branch economics and production metrics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years mortgage banking sales leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple markets or branches.
• Proven track record of building and growing teams and producer relationships.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of branch economics and production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable every Branch Manager and Loan Officer in the network.
• Drive pipeline reviews, business planning, and national sales meetings.
• Grow Realtor, builder, and referral partnerships; expand MSAs/ASAs.
• Partner with Recruiting to attract, retain, and grow top producers including your own.
• Collaborate with Ops and Sales Support to clear roadblocks to production.
• Contribute on SLT to forecasts, growth strategy, and market expansion.
