Job summary

Alma Environmental Partners is seeking a Sustainability Coordinator for a full-time remote position. You will support planning, implementation, and monitoring of sustainability projects across scorecards, certifications, and reporting, working closely with project teams.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and data management in a remote setting, with opportunities to grow in LEED, WELL and other frameworks, plus ESG data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant sustainability experience (work, internship or project).
• Strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication, and follow-through skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and AI-based tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines in a consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize sustainability scorecards, action and decision logs, schedules and project records.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, responsible parties, and gaps; flag issues.
• Prepare meeting agendas, capture actions, and coordinate follow-ups.
