Job summary

Petroleum Field Services, LLC is seeking a Survey Technician to execute technical tasks to create survey deliverables and provide knowledge to project teams. This role will work directly with the PLS, survey team, project managers, engineering, and field crews to achieve project goals.

The Survey Technician will work with a variety of software and data to include conventional survey and GPS. The Survey Technician will be given an opportunity to work with point clouds from terrestrial and aerial

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years survey/drafting experience.

Responsibilities

• Process field data with Trimble Business Center.
• Create Survey Field Packs and perform basic research for pack compilation.
• Draft Survey Plats and Legal Descriptions for PLS review.
• Draft topographic survey deliverables.
• Draft ALTA deliverables.
• Read and draft previously recorded documents.
• Draft Alignment Sheets.
• Assist PMs, Sr. PMs, and PLS with tasks.
• Attend screen shares and client calls to aid in planning and design.
