Job summary

gpac is seeking a Survey CAD technician for remote work, based in Pennsylvania. The role involves developing survey plans and construction documents under a Professional Land Surveyor, while handling multiple deadlines and maintaining CAD standards across projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of survey experience or an Associate degree in CAD, with knowledge of ALTA/NSPS surveys and MS Office. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related field.
• Working knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation plats.
• Microstation experience preferred.
• Exceptional client service skills as well as in a team environment.
• Self-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trained.
• General knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor.
• Work efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Perform work in an accurate and timely manner.
• Handle multiple assignments with competing priorities.
• Maintain company CAD standards throughout the projects.
