Job summary

Elucent Medical, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Account Manager to exceed revenue goals by clinically driving the adoption and utilization of navigation technology in surgical procedures. You will foster strong client relationships and expand market presence within facilities.

The role requires training radiologists and surgeons, building a referral network, and collaborating with Area Directors to identify new opportunities. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years B2B sales experience.
• Operating room and medical sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase utilization of the Elucent platform within hospitals and ASCs to meet or exceed sales quota in territory.
• Demonstrate knowledge of surgical navigation technology and related products.
• Provide product information, clinical data, and ROI to drive adoption.
• Build relationships with customers, clinicians, and decision makers.
• Expand business through training radiologists, surgeons, and staff on the Elucent platform.
• Launch accounts post-sale with education and case support until site is independent.
