Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Completing regular audits, reporting results, and recommending preventative actions.
  • Identify and correct errors in records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Identify training needs and assist with training materials and delivery.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on performance, trends, and insights.
  • Document evaluations using established quality templates and systems.
  • Maintain QA reports, track metrics, and identify improvement areas.
  • Report findings to leadership via approved scoring, tracking, reporting mechanisms.
