Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 4+ years Coding/Revenue Cycle experience (surgery knowledge required).
• Applicable certification CPC or CCS-P is required.
• Knowledge of professional fee billing, reimbursement, third-party payer regulation, and medical terminology.
• Experience working in a Remote Environment with a Remote Team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily revenue cycle functions from patient entry to adjudication of accounts.
• Oversees scheduling, insurance eligibility processes, charge processing, claims submission, payments, and AR management.
• Performs audits and analytics to monitor metrics and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Trains and develops revenue cycle staff and coordinates front office duties.
• Leads performance management and staff interviews including hires and salary recommendations.
