Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Remote Support Specialist 3 – MR to provide high-level remote technical support for MR equipment. You will work with Customers, CSEs, and escalation teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues from a distance.

The role requires hands-on MR system experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel for on-site support internationally, including Canada and Latin America. The position is full-time and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of vocational technical training.
• More than 8 years’ experience working on MR systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems remotely using Siemens Remote Services.
• Good communication skills.

• Provide remote technical support to Customers and Customer Service Engineers servicing Siemens MR equipment.
• Dispatch notifications to CSE's and provide quality action plans
• Use remote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Follow escalation process and communicate with HSC/QIB to drive solutions.

Your Expertise

• Associates degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.

• Shift will be Friday through Monday from 0730 to 1630 - 10 hours per day

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$75,660 - $104,027

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
