Job summary

Defense Logistics Agency seeks a General Supply Specialist (Instructor) at the GS-12 level to manage curriculum development and deliver instruction in supply management, storage, and distribution operations.

The role covers PPP and M, inventory, warehousing, and transportation, with collaboration to update materials and ensure policy alignment. Telework eligibility supports delivery via ILT, VILT, and MTT methods.

Qualifications

• A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in supply management, storage, and distribution operations; instructional delivery.
• Education substitution: advanced degrees can substitute for experience per grade levels.
• Combination: education and experience may be used to meet total qualifications for GS-11/GS-09.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in supply management, storage, and distribution operations.
• Develop and review curriculum for accuracy and alignment with policies.
• Deliver courses across multiple modalities (F2F ILT, VILT, MTT).
• Evaluate and update training programs to improve effectiveness.
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching as needed.
