Advocate Health is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Intern for a remote, May 31, 2027 – August 6, 2027 internship. You will support logistics, inventory analysis, procurement, and supplier evaluation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

Qualifications include current enrollment as a junior or senior in relevant fields and a GPA of 2.5 or higher. The role offers up to 40 hours/week at $21/hour and is open to residents in IA and other eligible states.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• No prior experience required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking shipments and managing logistics documentation.
• Support inventory analysis and forecasting activities.
• Help evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor records.
• Participate in procurement processes and purchase order management.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and customer service.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects.
