Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Consultant to help clients solve complex supply chain challenges through data-driven insights, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across inventory, planning, and optimization processes.

In this role you will leverage Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP to translate business requirements into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in supply chain planning and analytics with strong expertise in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP supply chain planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the application of analytics to improve operational performance.
• Experience gathering business requirements, performing data analysis, and delivering actionable business insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify, analyze, and solve complex supply chain business challenges using data, analytics, and industry best practices.
• Develop insights and recommendations across Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Supply Chain Optimization processes.
• Leverage Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP, and analytics solutions to improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, and supply chain decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable recommendations that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain transformation initiatives, process improvements, and technology implementations.
