Cognizant is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Consultant to help clients solve complex challenges through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical models, dashboards, and action plans that drive measurable value.

The role offers a remote US-based work arrangement, opportunities to leverage Kinaxis, SAP, and BI tools, and a path for transformation projects across Inventory, Demand, and Supply Planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in supply chain planning and analytics with strong expertise in Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP supply chain planning solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and the application of analytics to improve operational performance.
• Experience gathering business requirements, performing data analysis, and delivering actionable business insights to stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to identify, analyze, and solve complex supply chain business challenges using data, analytics, and industry best practices.
• Develop insights and recommendations across Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Allocation, and Supply Chain Optimization processes.
• Leverage Kinaxis, SAP, and analytics solutions to improve planning effectiveness, inventory performance, and supply chain decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable recommendations that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain transformation initiatives, process improvements, and technology implementations.
