ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support international logistics operations from a remote location in the United States. The role focuses on freight forwarding, discrepancy analysis, and process optimization within SAP S/4 HANA TM.

The ideal candidate has ERP experience, exposure to international logistics, and strong attention to detail, with proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills. The position is a 12-month contract with CST-hour flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4 HANA TM.
• Exposure to international operations and logistics management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to own and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Create international freight forwarder bookings within SAP S/4 HANA TM system.
• Monitor daily discrepancy logs, perform initial root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of transportation management issues.
• Document root causes of freight delays and track aging freight issues to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies and failures related to international freight execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize freight forwarding processes and ensure compliance with international shipping standards.
