Jobot in Olive Branch, MS, seeks a Supply Chain Analyst to connect operations with data-driven BI. You’ll link inventory management, planning, and finance to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and reports that drive inventory optimization and working capital improvements.

The role sits in a growing BI function with cross‑functional exposure and potential for permanent conversion. Remote/hybrid/onsite options are considered, with onsite preferred where possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or similar.
• Strong understanding of MRP, safety stock, fill rates and inventory turns.
• Translate business problems into data requirements for technical teams.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, lookups, data cleansing and reconciliation.
• Working understanding of SQL concepts and relational databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand business challenges and turn them into analytical questions.
• Analyze inventory, supply, and planning data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Evaluate relationships between service levels, safety stock, inventory turns, and working capital.
• Quantify the financial and operational impact of inventory and supply chain decisions.
• Translate business questions into data requirements for dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with BI developers and data engineers to establish reporting requirements.
• Validate outputs and ensure data accuracy.
• Present findings to leadership and recommend actions.
• Document methodologies and analytical approaches for consistency and future reporting.
• Help develop scalable BI processes as the function evolves.
