Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; electrical background is a plus.
• Extensive experience in quality, supplier management and audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO 13485 is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Documents, maintains and improves quality processes and supplier programs.
• Provides advanced technical expertise for material or production problems.
• Maintains material quality to meet cost and delivery targets.
• Visits suppliers to evaluate process controls and reliability programs.
• Performs supplier assessments and audits to guide supplier strategy.
• Analyzes data to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Manages multiple projects with changing deadlines.
