Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Advanced Practice Providers preferred.
• Strong ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance.
• Flexibility to provide supervision and chart review on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and consultation to APPs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Review and sign off on medical charts, as required.
• Support clinical decision-making, offering guidance on patient care plans.
• Collaborate with APPs to maintain the highest standard of care.
• Ensure adherence to legal and ethical guidelines for APP practice.
