Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking experienced LCSW-S or LPC-S Supervisors to oversee associate-level therapists, focusing on supervision without direct patient care. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance, with flexible remote scheduling.

The position supports supervision across multiple states (TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA) under a whole-person care model, and aims to elevate clinical performance and consistency among clinicians.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license required.
• Eligible to supervise per state requirements.
• Licensed in TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, or LA.
• 3–5+ years post-licensure experience.
• Prior supervision experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and/or group supervision to associate clinicians.
• Review and approve treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing boards and payer requirements.
• Maintain audit-ready supervision documentation and adherence to SOPs.
• Collaborate with Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, and billing teams; support onboarding and training.
