Job summary

Impireum Psychiatric Group is seeking experienced LCSW-S and LPC-S supervisors to support the development, oversight, and clinical quality of associate therapists in a supervision-only role.

This non-clinical leadership position offers flexible, remote work with part-time hours and state licensing requirements across TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, and LA.

You will ensure compliance, drive documentation accuracy, and mentor clinicians to uphold Impireum’s whole-person care model.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW-S or LPC-S license.
• Eligible to supervise per state requirements.
• Licensed in TX, FL, MD, DE, PA, GA, LA.
• 3–5+ years post-licensure experience.
• Prior supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Supervision: Provide required individual and/or group supervision; review and approve treatment plans and clinical documentation; guide clinical decision-making and case formulation.
• Compliance & Oversight: Ensure compliance with state licensing boards and payer requirements (including UHC/Optum supervisory billing standards); maintain audit-ready supervision documentation; enforce SOP adherence.
• Documentation & Quality Assurance: Review notes for medical necessity and accuracy; provide structured, actionable feedback; improve consistency across clinicians.
• Collaboration: Partner with Chief Medical Officer, clinical leadership, operations & billing teams; support onboarding and training of associate clinicians.

Position Overview

This role is not traditional clinical work—it is a high-impact leadership position focused on:

Supervisors are responsible for ensuring that every associate clinician operates within clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards, while maintaining alignment with Impireum’s whole-person care model.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Supervision

• Provide required individual and/or group supervision
• Review and approve:
  • Treatment plans
  • Clinical documentation
• Guide clinical decision-making and case formulation

Compliance & Oversight

• Ensure compliance with:
