Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program offers a 10- to 12-week remote summer opportunity designed to expose students to Hubbell’s business and sales environment. The 2027 Summer Intern: Sales - U.S.

Southeast will engage with customers, analyze markets, and help drive sales strategy within utility and contractor markets. You'll collaborate with regional sales professionals, gain exposure to power distribution products, and develop planning and organizational skills while delivering a final presentation

Qualifications

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university during May–August 2027 (internship period).
• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support business growth within utility, public power, and contractor markets through customer engagement, market analysis, and sales strategy initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional sales professionals to develop understanding of the power industry, customer relationship management, business development, and utility infrastructure solutions.
• Assist with process improvements and support commercial objectives.
• Present to the local management team at the end of the program.
