Affect is seeking licensed Substance Use Disorder counselors (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LADAC) in New Mexico for fully remote, evidence-based care to our Members. Qualifications

• Experience working with substance use disorder populations.
• Comfort providing care via telehealth platforms.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and evaluate Member readiness for care.
• Facilitate virtual individual and group counseling sessions using Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.
• Provide crisis support and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors on treatment planning and discharge.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable state regulations.
