Job summary

Great Minds is seeking a remote Success Coach to join our Implementation Services team, supporting districts and schools across the Midwest region and beyond. The role blends PD facilitation with coaching to promote adoption of Eureka Math, Eureka Math2, Wit & Wisdom, and Geodes.

The position is remote with up to 80% travel to schools as needed. Requires at least 3 years of teaching or coaching experience and a Bachelor's degree. The base salary range is $74,000–$83,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of teaching or coaching experience.
• Experience delivering high-quality professional development.
• Experience implementing Great Minds curricula (Wit & Wisdom or Eureka Math2).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to coach across multiple content areas (K– Algebra 2, RLA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the Great Minds professional services catalog, including Eureka Math and Eureka Math2.
• Provide high-quality, on-site support, coaching, and PD to assigned schools.
• Collaborate with Success Leads to deliver contextualized services.
• Deliver professional services on-site up to 80% of the time in school systems.
• Gather, monitor, and record implementation success metrics and communicate them.
• Document and communicate insights about implementation to leadership.
• Represent Great Minds through conferences and content contributions.
• Cultivate a collaborative culture with trust, curiosity, and quality.
