Job summary

Machinify Inc. seeks a legal professional to join their Subrogation team in the United States. In this role, you will provide legal support and guidance, advising the General Counsel on relevant issues and ensuring compliance with laws governing Subrogation Operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Juris Doctorate and has a license to practice law with at least one year of relevant experience. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and flexible work options.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in personal injury, criminal, or civil law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise General Counsel on legal issues regarding Subrogation Operations.
• Provide legal review and advice to subrogation recovery team(s).
• Support timely handling of legal matters towards clients and the company.
• Train new analysts on relevant legal issues.
• Communicate legal updates to Subrogation Analysts.
