Elevance Health is seeking a Subrogation Analyst to research routine health claims related to third-party liability and workers' compensation. The role emphasizes thorough review of reports, documentation, and data to determine relatedness and recovery amounts.

You will respond to inquiries, analyze contracts and statutes, and help prepare case files. The role supports in-person onboarding while offering virtual work options within a hybrid framework.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Third Party Liability or Workers' Compensation subrogation or related field.
• BA/BS degree or Legal Assistant certificate is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Research and examine routine health claims related to subrogation.
• Respond to inquiries regarding claim recovery issues.
• Identify, monitor and evaluate claim data for relatedness and reimbursement amounts.
• Analyze and apply plan language, contracts, case law and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain case files, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Coordinate actions involving accounting for payments received.
• Evaluate and negotiate settlements within authority.
