Job summary

Lion Studios is seeking a Studio Manager for the Turkey market to onboard and manage gaming studios with diverse portfolios, guiding projects from ideation to launch and ensuring mobile games meet quality and strategic goals.

You will cultivate regional partnerships, analyze market trends, and coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers in a fast-paced, international environment to deliver hit titles.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product/project management, business development, or a related role within the mobile gaming industry.
Proven experience in the ideation and development of new mobile games or apps, from concept through to production.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Onboard and manage gaming studios with diverse game portfolios, focusing on the gaming market in Turkey.
Identify promising games and studios in the market, and cultivate strong relationships.
Lead the full lifecycle of game development, from ideation to launch, ensuring the creation of innovative and engaging mobile games.
Conduct competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape, including user behavior and key metrics, to inform the product roadmap.
Align product development with Lion Studios’ strategic and competitive positioning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers to bring game concepts and features to life as an end-to-end product owner.
