Qualifications

• Two (2) years of college AND
• Two (2) years of experience in education OR
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Ability to pass required background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a caseload of students to increase engagement.
• Provide proactive support to students using data resources.
• Support on onboarding (Strong Start) experience.
• Act as primary contact between students, Learning Coaches and teachers.
• Pursue ongoing education and training to improve efficacy with student needs.
