TRC Forensic Engineering, a division of TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc., seeks a licensed Structural Forensic Engineer to perform investigations and evaluations for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Ideal candidates will bring extensive forensic engineering experience, strong client-facing abilities, and the capacity to support business development efforts, while working remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• PE license is required; Tennessee PE preferred; other state licenses are a plus.
• Extensive experience in forensic engineering and insurance investigations.
• Strong report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proven client management and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forensic investigations of structural failures and property damage.
• Evaluate roofing, foundation, retaining walls, water intrusion, and sinkhole damage.
• Perform field inspections and prepare comprehensive engineering reports.
• Provide expert opinions and technical recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, attorneys, owners, and consultants.
• Maintain client relationships to support business growth.
• Engage in networking and marketing initiatives.
