Job summary

Cresta is hiring a Structural BIM Modeler to support a US-based construction team. This 100% remote role from LATAM focuses on creating accurate Revit 2026 models for commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use projects.

You’ll work from CAD/DWG files, coordinate structural and architectural information, and ensure models are clean, well-organized and ready for downstream coordination and MEP clashes. Strong English and 3+ years in the field are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of structural BIM modeling experience for commercial, multifamily, mixed-use projects.
• Advanced/Expert proficiency in Revit for structural modeling.
• Ability to read structural and architectural plans.
• Experience with CAD/DWG files and Revit backgrounds.
• Experience with elevations, 3D RCP modeling, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong English communication skills; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural BIM models in Revit 2026 from CAD/DWG files.
• Set up and maintain clean, accurate Revit models with elements and backgrounds.
• Model 3D Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) to support coordination.
• Coordinate structural information with architectural files and PDFs.
• Verify elevations, dimensions and model alignment across docs.
• Identify coordination issues and propose solutions before downstream impact.
• Support clash detection using Navisworks and other tools.
• Incorporate project revisions and maintain organized project files.
• Deliver well-organized models with minimal rework.
