Job summary

DNV is seeking a Stroke Clinical Surveyor to join its Healthcare Division. The role is remote within the Continental U.S. with travel to sites up to 100%.

You will lead or participate in stroke program surveys, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with ISO/NIAHO standards and AHA guidelines. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in healthcare, 2+ years as a CSC Stroke Coordinator, and hold an RN/MD/DO/PA license, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/MD/DO/PA required with active license.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare industry.
• Minimum 2 years as CSC Stroke Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of the healthcare survey team to ensure provider compliance with guidelines.
• Conduct stroke program surveys across the United States with travel up to 100%.
• Provide stroke-related guidance during surveys and ensure adherence to standards.
• Plan, execute surveys, report results, and complete follow-up within timelines and budgets.
• Prepare management reports on nonconformities and risks.
• Engage with healthcare staff to assess compliance and identify improvements.
• Orient and train new surveyors and oversee team members where applicable.
• Attend educational calls and complete ongoing training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
