The Strategy Project Manager I role supports the development and implementation of enterprise-level strategies, promotes process optimization, and solves ongoing business issues. Responsibilities include overseeing continuous improvement projects, deploying methodologies, and developing tools to drive organizational transformation. The role involves collaboration with senior leaders to understand needs, design future states, and deploy sustainable processes, primarily in mortgage lending or loan servicing, with cross-functional project participation. All duties must comply with company guidelines and regulations. The target pay range is $93,900.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with business leaders to assess needs and develop solutions for growth and efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, analyze impact, and communicate updates.
• Lead projects through all phases from analysis to deployment.
• Translate requirements into objectives, develop schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Build and execute communication plans for stakeholders and teams.
• Establish KPIs, design reporting solutions, and promote data-driven performance improvements.
• Analyze findings and implement process improvements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Project Management experience required.
• Mortgage Lending or Servicing background is a plus.
• Experience managing projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Encompass, TPO portals, and Loan Operating Systems.
• Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
