Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze objectives, market conditions, and data to craft strategic recommendations.
• Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, competitive, and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop short- and long-term plans.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Research markets, segments, products, and services for revenue and expansion.
• Improve Operations: Assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
• Build Business Cases: Develop structured business cases and financial analyses for initiatives.
• Manage Strategic Projects: Coordinate initiatives from planning to implementation with defined milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs: Establish and track KPIs and provide leadership with updates.
• Conduct Competitive Research: Monitor competitors and market trends affecting strategy.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Align initiatives across departments.
• Prepare Executive Presentations: Translate research into concise reports and dashboards.
• Identify and Mitigate Risks: Evaluate risks and propose mitigations.
• Support Change Initiatives: Assist with organizational transformation and process improvements.
