• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategies, plans and proposals to address client opportunities and challenges.
• Acts as a trusted partner to financial executives and educates on digital trends.
• Defines business imperatives through consultations and analyses.
• Performs current state assessments of technology and processes.
• Designs and implements transformational programs to grow revenue and improve experience.
• Conducts interviews and focus groups to gather data and feedback.
• Researches market trends, competitors, and client needs to support analysis.
• Summarizes data and deduces logical conclusions.
• Presents recommendations and project proposals clearly.
• Performs case-by-case analyses leveraging SME knowledge.
• Provides thought leadership to the account team.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
