Daktronics is seeking a Strategy Analyst to partner with the CEO and leadership team, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes. The role blends financial modeling, market research, and executive communication in a remote-friendly setup.

You will build business cases, analyze performance, and prepare briefing materials for senior leadership while traveling up to 50% when needed. Deadline-driven and detail‑oriented candidates will excel.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant business experience are required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financial concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and structured‑thinking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic priorities, special projects, and day‑to‑day strategic activities.
• Support the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies.
• Conduct market, competitive, customer, and industry research to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis and develop clear recommendations.
• Develop business cases, financial models, investment analyses, sensitivity analyses, and scenario plans.
• Analyze business performance, operational metrics, and financial results to support strategic recommendations and executive decision‑making.
• Help prioritize and track key strategic initiatives, executive action items, measurable outcomes, and follow‑through.
• Prepare for executive meetings, business reviews, customer engagements, and strategic discussions through focused research and analysis.
• Develop executive presentations, Board of Directors materials, strategic review documents, executive summaries, recommendations, and briefing materials.
• Translate complex analyses into concise, compelling, visually effective communications while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
