You will develop sourcing strategies, manage ordering activity, and communicate market insights to internal teams and customers, ensuring timely access to critical materials while maintaining high standards of ethics and governance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively with internal leaders, field teams, suppliers, customers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze companywide and customer raw material needs, including demand trends, inventory requirements, supplier availability, and market conditions.
• Develop and execute purchasing strategies that align with business priorities, supplier contracts, allocation requirements, pricing considerations, and inventory targets.
• Manage raw material ordering activity and coordinate with internal sites, suppliers, and business partners to support accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers and suppliers by investigating issues, identifying root causes, and driving practical solutions.
• Prepare and share relevant customer updates, including market insights, supply availability, sourcing developments, and other key information.
• Contribute to sourcing initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen supplier partnerships, and support more effective use of company resources.
