CHS Inc. is seeking a Strategic Retail Business Development Manager to drive growth by expanding CHS's market presence and acquiring large-scale ag retail and grower accounts.

You will develop growth strategies, align CHS Agronomy, Energy, Grain, and Animal Nutrition solutions to customer needs, and build long-term partnerships that deliver value. This remote role offers a flexible home-office setup with preferred residency in SD and the surrounding region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales or business development experience in ag retail or related sectors.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across assigned regions.
• Proven success in acquiring large accounts and growing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring and growing large-scale ag retail and grower accounts.
• Conduct annual business reviews and needs assessments to build multi-year account plans.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships and position CHS as a trusted partner.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasts and revenue projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
