Salary: $130,000 - $140,000

Job Summary
ESFM is seeking a Remote Strategic Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with and motivates the team to achieve the project time lines and objectives
- Focus Areas: Soft Services, Data Analytics, Organization, and Communications
- Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develops full-scale project plans and associated project documents including resource needs
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations; liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Defines project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle
- Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and manages those expectations on an on-going basis
- Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project
- Manages the project budget
- Determines and assesses the need for additional staff and make recommendations as appropriate during project cycle
- Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
- Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devises contingency plans
- Conducts the project post mortem and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Assists in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Three years of experience managing enterprise projects
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Project
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure as a key member of a fast paced team
- Superb oral and written communication skills
- Travel as needed (less than 10%)
