Job summary

AGDATA LP is seeking a Program Specialist to serve as a liaison for our global customer base within the Program Management and Fulfillment organization. You will interpret client marketing programs, align priorities, and ensure accurate earnings calculations with program specs and the calculation engine.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong problem solving and organizational skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into written

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of processes, best practices, and workflow design and implementation.
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate and timely earnings calculations by working with the client on program specs.
• Build incentive programs on the calculation engine.
• Manage the program calendar and quality control of calculations/output.
• Adhere to program management processes and documentation; perform basic SQL queries and analysis.
• Coordinate tasks, deliverables, and client communication; participate in audits.
