Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst to drive strategic procurement activities across the supply chain. You will lead cost analyses, develop sourcing strategies, and manage supplier negotiations and RFPs.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize costs, improve supplier performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality components for aerospace programs. This remote role requires US residency in Puerto Rico at start.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with ≥2 years of experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication (verbal & written).
• U.S. citizenship required to access program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes, sourcing strategies, RFP development, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis activities.
• Purchase goods, materials, and services with favorable terms and policy compliance.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, pricing agreements, and procurement documentation.
• Analyze supplier pricing, financial data, and market trends to support sourcing decisions.
• Develop bid packages and evaluate supplier proposals for new opportunities.
• Monitor supplier and contract performance for compliance with obligations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Program Management to resolve supply chain issues.
• Identify, mitigate, and minimize supply chain risks to prevent disruptions.
• Manage supplier relationships by expediting deliveries, resolving shortages, and driving improvements.
• Prepare procurement metrics, executive reports, and support audits and reviews.
