The role focuses on ensuring initiatives align with the strategic plan, deliver ROI, and are transitioned into actionable projects with clear ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years managing projects required.
• Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Process quality certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads business case development for proposed initiatives to assess opportunities, risks and ROI.
• Supports strategic planning and prioritization within the initiative portfolio.
• Drives cross-functional initiatives to improve performance, financials, and compliance.
• Ensures initiatives align with the strategic business plan and are executed effectively.
• Translates approved business cases into defined initiatives with clear responsibilities.
