Job summary

Blue Star Families seeks a Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to support national-level partnerships, manage coalition dynamics across the White Oak Collaborative, and engage with the Do Your Part initiative. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in partnership support, coalition coordination, project management, policy research, or related field.
• Strong interest in Blue Star Families’ mission and work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to independently research, synthesize, and summarize information from multiple sources.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with minimal direction.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of national-level strategic partnerships with nonprofit, public-sector, and private-sector organizations.
• Participate in partner meetings, capture notes, and track action items.
• Draft briefing documents, meeting agendas, presentations, and partnership materials.
• Conduct research on prospective and current partners to inform engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date partnership records.
• Support project management of partnership implementation across internal teams.
