K2D Strategies is a growing fundraising agency committed to impact. The Account Director will shape fundraising strategy, oversee client programs, and lead a team to deliver integrated campaigns and strong engagement with clients and partners.

The role requires managing budgets, driving performance, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deliverables while maintaining client satisfaction and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of direct response experience (direct mail or digital) in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success in client management and customer service.
• Ability to build lasting professional relationships with clients.
• Experience managing technical and client services teams, possibly in remote environments.
• Experience in creating and driving long-term fundraising strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising and engagement strategy and execution plans.
• Build and manage client relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Lead live meetings and create supporting materials with account teams.
• Determine client objectives and craft strategies to reach goals.
• Develop clients’ annual calendars and budgets.
• Provide data-driven analysis of campaigns and KPI performance.
