As an intern, you’ll receive mentorship, shadow team members, and participate in discussions and roundtables with senior leadership. You’ll gain practical skills and contribute to real projects beyond observation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• All majors welcome.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Make decisions on the best way to fulfill orders while balancing speed, cost, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Order Optimization, Logistics, Distribution Centers, and Purchasing to keep orders moving.
• Shadow team members across the department to gain experience in all areas of Stock Order Support.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve order issues and provide timely updates.
• Investigate order and customer problems and develop strategic solutions.
• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Monitor and edit reports to support team performance and decision-making.
