Qualifications

  • 8+ years progressive accounting experience with significant equity compensation focus.
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 718 stock compensation rules.
  • Experience collaborating with c-suite executives.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of RSU-focused equity programs.
  • All equity accounting processes from daily operations to audit.

Must-Haves

  • 8+ years progressive accounting experience with significant equity compensation focus
  • CPA or CEP (certified equity professional) is preferred
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 718 stock compensation rules
  • Experience collaborating with c-suite
