Salary: $40 - $46/Hr.

Startup Partner Coordinator – REMOTE position needed for a 6-month Contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in REMOTE.

Position Overview: THE COMPANY is seeking a Startup Partner Coordinator to manage the DocSend Startup Program on a contract basis. This REMOTE position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. The Coordinator will focus on expanding partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and incubators, driving adoption of DocSend among startups, and leveraging analytics to evaluate program success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years in partnerships or a similar role.
  • Prior experience: working with startups and VCs.
  • Proven track record: managing startup programs at scale.
  • Experience: in a fast-growing B2B SaaS software company with significant partner contributions to revenue growth.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical aptitude; data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to develop partner lead pipelines via email campaigns, product-led initiatives, and marketing programs.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Performance Goals: Ability to meet/exceed measurable goals such as channel revenue, new channel customers, and new channel partners.

What You’ll Be Doing/ Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Oversee and expand the DocSend Startup Program, currently involving 1,000+ VCs, accelerators, and incubators.
  • Partnership Development: Build deep, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at VC firms, accelerators, and incubators.
  • Plan and support marketing initiatives (e.g., events, campaigns, communications) in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor channel partner revenue performance and recommend improvements.
  • Analyze data to measure program success and drive decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Marketing, Product Marketing, Content) to distribute DocSend to startup ecosystems.
  • Address startup founders’ inquiries and troubleshoot perks or usage issues.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with PartnerStack and/or Marketo.
