TheraListen is seeking motivated clinicians pursuing New York State licensure as an LCSW or LMHC-D to join our growing, clinician-led practice. We provide accessible, affordable teletherapy to adolescents and adults across New York State with a fully remote model that allows you to deliver care from home and build a schedule that works for you.

We offer weekly supervision, monthly continuing education opportunities, supportive environment, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualificações

• Master’s-level graduate pursuing LCSW or LMHC licensure.
• Must hold an LMSW or be a permit-eligible MHC.
• Post-graduate training or certification (CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, Trauma, CASAC) strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week.
• Provide availability during evenings, weekends, or early mornings.
• Willingness to work with individuals ages 12+
• Complete timely documentation (intakes and session notes).
• Participate in weekly team meetings, group and individual supervision.
