Job summary

Thriving Center of Psychology is seeking a New York Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) for a full-time, salaried telehealth position, working remotely with patients. You must hold an active NY license and be prepared to see adults in outpatient care from NY, NJ, or MA.

This W2 role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, plus a 5% performance bonus, full benefits, CEU stipend, and wellness reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Active and clear New York license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to adults independently in outpatient.
• Must be able to work a 40 hour work week, with a goal of seeing 27 clients per week.
• Comfort carrying a full clinical caseload of adult clients.
• A collaborative approach and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Must reside in either NY, NJ or MA.
• To be considered, we are unable to hire current Thriving Center clients at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to adults across a range of presenting concerns by telehealth.
• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT.
• Carry a sustainable caseload with the support of weekly case consultation.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of LCSW, LMHC, and LMFT clinicians.
