Job summary

ServiceLink is seeking experienced, Certified appraisers to join our Staff Appraiser team. The ideal candidates are Certified real estate appraisers who demonstrate initiative, take action, and maintain ownership of high-level results.

As a ServiceLink Staff Appraiser, you'll perform desktop and field appraisal assignments and quality control reviews consistent with client-driven turn times and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential or General Appraiser designation required.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience appraising a broad range of property types.
• Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide Desktop and Field appraisal reports according to client requirements.
• Provide quality review appraisals and handle quality control escalations.
• Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex QC escalations with field appraisers and lenders.
• Assist on valuation projects.
