ServiceLink is seeking experienced, Certified appraisers to join our Staff Appraiser team. The ideal candidates are Certified real estate appraisers who demonstrate initiative, take action, and maintain ownership of high-level results.

As a ServiceLink Staff Appraiser, you'll perform desktop and field appraisal assignments and quality control reviews consistent with established client-driven turn times and high-quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• Certified appraiser designation held (Residential or General).
• Strong initiative and ownership of results.
• Ability to perform desktop and field appraisals with quality control.

Aufgaben

• Provide desktop and field appraisal reports per client requirements.
• Conduct quality control reviews on valuation reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex QC escalations with appraisers and lenders.
• Assist on valuation projects and maintain appraisal standards.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders.
